Acceptance of Terms

Using Schulte Grid Game means you accept these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the app.

You must be 13 or older. Users under 18 need parental or guardian consent.

Your License to Use Schulte Grid Game

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Download and install Schulte Grid Game on your personal Apple devices.
  • Use Schulte Grid Game for personal, non-commercial cognitive training.
  • Track your training sessions, scores, and progress.

You may NOT:

  • Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the app.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works.
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or branding.
  • Use Schulte Grid Game for commercial purposes without written permission.
  • Attempt to bypass subscription restrictions or feature limits.

Your Content and Feedback

Your training data belongs to you. You can delete it anytime by uninstalling the app.

By using Schulte Grid Game, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to operate the app. This license ends when you delete your data.

If you share feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve Schulte Grid Game without compensation. This helps us build a better app for everyone.

Intellectual Property

Schulte Grid Game, including its name, logo, design, and code, is owned by the developer and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not use the Schulte Grid Game name or branding without written permission.

Premium Features

One-Time Purchase

Schulte Grid Game offers a one-time premium purchase through the App Store to unlock all features indefinitely.

Billing

  • Apple charges your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
  • There are no recurring subscriptions or hidden fees.

Refunds

Apple manages refunds according to its policies. Request refunds through Apple Support.

Data and Privacy

Your training data belongs to you. It lives on your device. We cannot access it.

Delete your data anytime by uninstalling the app. See our Privacy Policy for details.

IMPORTANT: SCHULTE GRID GAME IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL ADVICE.

  • Schulte Grid Game is a cognitive training tool based on the Schulte Grid test.
  • We are not licensed medical professionals, psychologists, or therapists.
  • The app does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
  • Training results and scores are for informational and personal tracking purposes only.

Your Responsibility

  • You are solely responsible for your cognitive training choices.
  • Do not use Schulte Grid Game as a diagnostic or treatment tool.
  • Consult qualified professionals for any medical or cognitive concerns.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCHULTE GRID GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

  • The app will function uninterrupted or error-free.
  • Defects will be corrected in any particular timeframe.
  • The app is free of viruses or harmful components.
  • Training with the app will produce specific cognitive outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

  • Loss of Data: loss or corruption of your training data.
  • Costs of Substitute Services: finding alternative apps or services.
  • Any Other Intangible Losses.

Maximum Liability: In any case, our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim (or EUR 50 if you have not paid anything).

Jurisdictional Variations: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, an EU member state. Romanian law aligns with EU regulations, including GDPR for data protection.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern:

  1. Contact us first. We will work with you in good faith to resolve issues informally.
  2. EU residents can use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
  3. Legal proceedings must be brought in Romanian courts.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy form the complete agreement between you and the developer. They replace any prior understandings.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when we add features or when laws change. We will:

  • Post the revised Terms in the app.
  • Update the date shown at the top.
